Yes! Employees can request to swap shifts with coworkers. The manager receives a notification and can approve or deny the swap request.
ShiftEase automatically detects scheduling conflicts and displays a warning. You'll see if an employee is already scheduled, unavailable, or exceeds their maximum hours.
Absolutely! Use the "Copy Week" feature to duplicate an entire week's schedule. This is perfect for teams with repeating schedules.
When employees clock in or out, ShiftEase captures their GPS location (with their permission). This helps verify they're at the correct work location and prevents buddy punching.
You can set a grace period in Settings. For example, allow employees to clock in up to 10 minutes early. Any time before that will require manager approval.
Go to Reports → Timesheets, select the date range, and tap "Export." You can download as CSV or PDF for payroll processing.

Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and choose a new one.

Check your internet connection. ShiftEase requires an active connection to sync data. If offline, changes will sync automatically when you reconnect.
Go to your device Settings → ShiftEase → Notifications and ensure they're enabled. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode is off.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, check for updates in the App Store or Google Play. Contact support if the problem continues.
